Introducing the Blossoms, Wildflower’s Young Women’s Company

Community is the heart of Wildflower Women’s Ensemble. We hope to serve the diverse communities in our area through a series of outreach programs. The Blossoms Company of Wildflower Women’s Ensemble is our youth company catering to young girls ages 12-17. We will be exploring Shakespeare through themes that the girls face everyday. Along with our Blossom’s Company, we are creating a touring troupe that will be able to offer programs in schools such as workshops and performances. Within the next two years, we also hope to develop needs based programs through collaboration with different organizations in our community, such as rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and support groups. Julianna Camille Hess is our Education Director and is currently studying in an internship at the American Shakespeare Center in Staunton, VA in their education department.
